Here's how it works. A quaint location is selected. We contact the local Chamber of Commence and setup a date for the event. Special discounts and business deals are put in place for our flash crowd. Spook Hill is a local attraction located at 321 Dr JA Wiltshire Ave, Lake Wales, FL 33853, USA. It's known for an optical illusion in the landscape that makes cars appear to roll uphill. It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There's an interesting legend that goes along with the hill.
